✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be citizens of non-EU countries

  • Must have strong academic results (minimum average equivalent to 7 in Romanian grading system)

  • Must submit complete academic records and certificates

  • Must not already hold another Romanian government scholarship for the same study level

Additional Requirements for PhD Applicants

  • Secure a Doctoral Tutor agreement

  • Submit a research proposal

  • Pass the doctoral admission interview
