Applications are now open for the Heilongjiang University CSC Scholarship 2026 under the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) Program for the academic session 2026–2027.

This fully funded scholarship supports international students who wish to pursue:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be non-Chinese citizens in good health

  • Have strong academic performance (Minimum 75%)

  • Not be receiving another scholarship

🎓 Educational & Age Requirements:

  • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, under 35 years

  • PhD: Master’s degree, under 40 years

🈶 Chinese Language Requirement:

  • Minimum HSK Level 4 (180+ score) within 2 years

  • If HSK 5 not achieved, one-year Chinese language training required

  • HSK not required if previous degree was taught in Chinese
