  • Applicants must not be Hungarian citizens
  • Must hold citizenship of an eligible sending country
  • Applicants under 18 years old by 31 August 2025 are not eligible
  • Previous full-degree scholarship holders cannot apply for the same or lower degree
  • Current scholarship holders must complete or withdraw before reapplying
